🔼 Drafted. Two Hokies were selected back-to-back in the first round of the Athletes Unlimited Softball League’s draft. Emma Lemley was selected third overall by the Blaze. Cori McMillan was selected fourth by the Bandits.

Track Record. The track and field team competed at the Hill City Twilight meet. The Hokies accumulated five event wins in the meet. Nick Plant set a new record in the 1500m with his 3:36.60 time and finished first. The men’s and women’s 4×400m teams finished first. The team also competed at the Big Orange Invitational. The Hokies captured six event wins.
