🔼 Week of Wins. The swim and dive team took home 26 national records over the course of a week at the 2024 World Aquatics Swimming Championship. Carles Coll Marti was crowned World Champion in the 200m breaststroke. Alum AJ Pouch and Team USA earned silver in the 4×100 mixed medley relay and bronze in the 4×50 mixed medley relay.

🟠 ONE BIG THING

Hokie Spotlight. Redshirt sophomore Carleigh Wenzel knew she wanted to come to Virginia Tech after her first visit in 2021. In her redshirt freshman season, she offered glimpses of what she’s capable of. Now she is showing that growth on the court this season, where she is averaging 14 points per game. She recorded a career-high 25 points against UNC Asheville in November.
