🔼 Anotha’ Dub. The men’s basketball team beat USC Upstate 93-74. Mylyjael Poteat and Brandon Rechsteiner both scored a career-high 19 points. Six men scored in the double figures for the Hokies. Carmelo Atkins led the team with 20 points. The Hokies are now 3-1 in the all-time series against USC Upstate.

Alumni Weekend. The lacrosse team had its alumni weekend, and over 60 alumni came to celebrate. The program held its fourth annual alumni game.

🟠 ONE BIG THING

Speed. The cross country team hosted its final home meet of the season, the Hokie Open. The nine men competing all finished in the top 16, and the three women finished in the top eight. Dylan DeCambre finished second with a career-best time of 17:53.9. Star Price finished fourth in the women’s 4k with a career-best time of 13:58.4.
