🔼 Staff Updates. The women’s basketball team welcomes Lee Taylor as the new assistant athletics director of strength & conditioning. Taylor recently coached at Penn State and has multiple years of training at the Power Four level.

🔼 Welcome! The volleyball team added Victoria Brisack to the staff as the recruiting coordinator and assistant coach. Brisack was recently the assistant coach at High Point. She produced the No. 1 offense in the Big South Conference during the 2024 season.

Top Player. Softball player Jordan Lynch has been named to the 2025 NFCA Division I National Freshman of the Year Top 25 list. Lynch is one of four Hokies to start all 44 games and second on the team with a .397 batting average. She is one of three Hokies to surpass 50 hits on the season (54), along with seven home runs and 35 RBIs.
