🔼 Day 2. The Hokies had more success on day two of the NCAA Track & Field Championships. Mariana Pestana became Virginia Tech’s first All-American in the hammer throw since 2022, landing second-team honors after an American collegiate personal-best throw of 66.41m. Lindsey Butler qualified for the 1500m after a fourth-place finish.

🔼 Coming Up. The men’s and women’s basketball teams will compete in the 2025 ACC/SEC Basketball Challenge. The women host the Florida Gators on Thursday, Dec. 4, with tip time and television designation to be announced later. The men will take on South Carolina at Colonial Life Arena in Columbia, S.C., on Tuesday, Dec. 2.
