🔼 Semifinalist. Defensive lineman Antwaun Powell-Ryland was named a semifinalist for the Chuck Bednarik Award for the Outstanding Defensive Player of the Year. He is currently the FBS co-leader in sacks with 13. He leads the ACC and is tied for fifth nationally with 14.5 tackles for loss.

🟠 FINDING MY PLACE

Jasmine Robinson is on the Hokies volleyball team. She played multiple sports as a kid but fell in love with volleyball. She played throughout middle and high school. Robinson’s junior year coach taught her on-court responsibility. The start of college volleyball was hard for her. She redshirted her first two years. Her junior year is where things turned around.
