🔼 Welcome! The softball team welcomes Bre Warren to the 2025 roster. Warren is an outfielder who played at South Carolina last season and at Texas A&M for three years. Last season, she started 27 games in 39 appearances. Warren had three multi-hit games.

🔼 New Staff. The track and field and cross country team has a new staff member. Hannah Long will be the assistant coach for cross country and distance and will assist with program operations for the 2025-26 season. She previously assisted with the Akron cross country and track and field programs for three years.

Legacies of Lane. J.R. and Susan Wileman graduated from Virginia Tech in 1986 and 1989. J.R. was part of the Virginia Tech Corps of Cadets. Read more about the Wileman’s story here.
