🔼 At Your Service. Redshirt junior safety Tyson Flowers has been nominated for the Allstate AFCA Good Works Team. The award recognizes 22 college football student-athletes and one honorary head coach who make outstanding contributions in the areas of volunteerism and civic involvement, 11 of which are FBS players. Flowers volunteered with Night to Shine, Pulaski County Schools, Warm Hearth Village Living, Carilion Children’s Hospital and more.

🔼 Together Is Better. The Hokie Club’s Triumph Together event, a 25-hour giving campaign, has been set for August 20-21, 2025! This annual initiative unites Hokie Nation in support of our 22 varsity sports and nearly 600 student-athletes, now more vital than ever in today’s evolving landscape of college athletics.

🔼 Who We Got? Women’s soccer head coach Chugger Adair has released the Hokies’ 2025 schedule, which features matchups against all four of the 2024 College Cup finalists. Tech will begin its season on the road with two exhibition matches, at UNC-Greensboro (Aug. 3) and Vanderbilt, to be played at Maryville College (Aug. 9), with the first regular season match set for Aug. 14 at High Point.

Hey! Junior midfielder Ugo Bertelli joins the Virginia Tech Hokies men’s soccer team for the 2025 season. Bertelli recently played at Campbell. He joined Campbell mid-season and made his debut in a win over VMI on 9/12.
