🦃 STOCK UP

🔼 Home Victory. The football team football dominated Wofford 38-6 on Saturday at Lane Stadium. The Hokies limited Wofford to -1 rushing yards, a first since 2012. Braydon Bennett, Devin Alves, Ayden Greene and Kyron Drones all made it to the end zone. Drones had 27 completions on 32 attempts for 307 yards and two touchdowns. The Hokies tallied 461 total yards and held Wofford to only 141.

🔼 Top 8. The women’s golf team wrapped up the Schooner Fall Classic tied for eighth place. The Hokies had an overall score of 845 (+5). Valentine Delon led the Hokies at 209 (-1), tied for 17th individually.

🔼 2025 Hall of Fame Recognition. Seven new members were officially inducted into the school’s Sports Hall of Fame on Friday, Sept. 19 at The Inn at Virginia Tech. The honorees were also recognized during halftime of the Hokies’ football game against Wofford.

Strong Start. The women’s tennis team started its fall season at the Jimmy Powell Invitational. Sirena Waas picked up two singles wins and two doubles wins.

🟠 ONE BIG THING

Dominate. The cross country team competed in the Hokie Invitational this past weekend. Both the men’s and women’s teams placed first. Lila Waters finished first in the women’s 6k. Declan Rymer finished second in the men’s 8k.
