🦃 MAKING MEMORIES

Hokie fans have two final opportunities to make their trip to Lane Stadium even more memorable during the 2026-27 season, as new Maroon & Orange Memories experiences are now available for Virginia Tech’s upcoming matchups against Stanford on Saturday, Nov. 14 and Virginia on Saturday, Nov. 28.

Designed to bring fans closer to the action and enhance their Virginia Tech Gameday Experience, Maroon and Orange Memories offer unique opportunities to celebrate special occasions, participate in exclusive gameday activities and take home Hokie-themed keepsakes.

Experiences include opportunities to follow the Hokies on their pregame walk from the locker room, to Lane Stadium, through the tunnel and onto Worsham Field, experiencing “Enter Sandman” from the field, spending halftime with HokieBird, taking home an ultimate fan pack filled with Virginia Tech memorabilia, and so much more.

🔼 Talkin’ Ball. Virginia Tech Athletics and Playfly Sports, the Hokies' multimedia rights partner, have unveiled the winter lineup of Tech Talk Live presented by The Hokie Way.

Tech Talk Live is a weekly show that takes place at McClain’s at First & Main throughout the season and is hosted by Evan Hughes and Virginia Tech Sports Hall of Famer Mike Burnop that features in-depth conversations with Virginia Tech student-athletes, coaches and staff members.

This year, the show will air from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. and will be broadcast across the Virginia Tech Sports Network and its 40+ radio affiliates, which can be found here. It will also air through the free Hokie Sports app.

All broadcasts will be available on the free HokieSports mobile app and posted in podcast form the next day.

🔼 Flower Power. With a stifling defensive effort in Death Valley, one of Virginia Tech’s leaders Tyson Flowers was recognized for his performance.

Flowers finished with three tackles, a TFL and a pass breakup as the Hokies’ held Clemson scoreless in the first and fourth quarters of the game.

🔼 Breaking It Down. What a night for the Hokies! Virginia Tech improved to 6-2 with a dramatic victory Saturday night at Clemson.

In the latest episode of the Level Seven Podcast presented by CMG Leasing, Tech broadcasters Bill Roth and Mike Burnop have post-game insight from Clemson and all the highlights from the game. Plus exclusive post-game interviews with Hokies’ head coach James Franklin and quarterback Ethan Grunkemeyer.

🔼 Hokie Hero. Each week throughout the 2026 Virginia Tech Football season, a Hokie Hero from the VT Corps of Cadets will be honored for their service.

This weekend’s Hokie Heroes are alumni Lt. Cmdr. Alexander Brown and Lt. Christine Underwood. They are currently deployed to the USS Mustin, a guided-missle destroyer based out of Japan.

🔼 Back In Cassell. Cassell Coliseum will soon come alive once again as both Virginia Tech men’s and women’s basketball make their triumphant returns for the 2026-27 season.

With less than two weeks away before the action tips off in Cassell, now is the perfect time to secure your tickets to the excitement in Blacksburg. Read below to find information on the Back in Cassell Bundle and the Hokies at Home Pack, two ticket offerings that are primed to welcome fans for a can’t-miss season ahead.

🏀 PREMIUM SEATING
