Virginia Tech Football’s 2026 Spring Game presented by Eagle Construction
is scheduled for Saturday, April 18, with an afternoon kickoff time to be determined.

The game will be free admission and open to the public.

🔼 Sneakin’ A Peek. With Virginia Tech football’s ACC schedule release this past Monday, Hokie fans have finally learned which conference teams will brave the Terror Dome this fall.

Excitement for the 2026 season has only grown this past offseason, giving the Tech faithful lots to look forward to before the Hokies step onto Worsham Field at Lane Stadium later this year.

Six of the 12 games in the 2026 season will be played at home. Six unique teams – including non-conference opponents, VMI and Old Dominion along with ACC foes Pitt, Georgia Tech, Stanford and Virginia – will make the journey and play in front of 66,000 raucous members of Hokie Nation. As the season inches ever closer for Virginia Tech football, let’s check out the home opponents for the upcoming campaign.

🔼 Slight Change In Plans. Time to update the viewing calendar, Hokie fans.

There’s been a slight change in plans for the Virginia Tech men’s hoops team as their originally scheduled Saturday showdown in Raleigh with NC State has been bumped up to a 12 pm tipoff.

The game will be available on The CW.

🔼 48 Hours. That’s all that separates us from the first official GAME DAY of the 2026 Virginia Tech softball season.

The 21st-ranked Hokies will step into a challenge right away as they head to Columbia, SC for a five-game weekend, which includes two battles with #14 South Carolina (Thursday at 6 pm, Saturday at 5:30 pm).

🤔 HOKIE TRIVIA

Today marks just 10 days until the first pitch of the 2026 Virginia Tech Baseball season.

Power right-hander Griffin Stieg returns to the mound following his selection during the 2025 MLB Draft. Stieg last pitched for the Hokies during the 2024 campaign, having missed the 2025 college season due to injury.

In his two seasons (29 appearances, 70.1 inning), how many strikeouts has Stieg racked up for the Hokies?

Got a guess?
