🔼 Super Sidelines. Championship experience, proven player development and extensive coaching credentials at every level are just a few ways to describe the sidelines for the Virginia Tech Football program.

On Wednesday, Coach Franklin and the Hokies announced multiple coaching appointments and retentions.

The group blends returning leaders with accomplished additions, bringing a wealth of experience to every phase of the Hokies’ program.

🔼 En Fuego. The red-hot Virginia Tech women’s hoops squad takes its win streak on the road tonight as the Hokies look to keep pace near the top of the ACC standings.

Tonight, Virginia Tech, winners of seven straight, square off with Notre Dame, who sits two games back of the Hokies in the league standings.

Tip time in South Bend is set for 7 pm on ACC Network Extra.

🔼 Bringing Home Bronze. The Hitman has gone international.

Caleb “Hitman” Henson is bringing home some hardware from his second international competition.

Taking the mat for Team USA at the first UWW Ranking Series event of 2026, the Hokie All-American and National Champion earned the bronze medal at the Zagreb Open in Croatia.

Virginia Tech Football’s 2026 Spring Game presented by Eagle Construction
is scheduled for Saturday, April 18, with an afternoon kickoff time to be determined.

The game will be free admission and open to the public.

Not that we’ve been counting or anything, but Virginia Tech softball is officially BACK!

Tonight, the 21st-ranked Hokies take the field in Columbia, S.C. to square off with 14th-ranked South Carolina in a primetime showdown to open the 2026 campaign.

🔼 Young Gun. Facing off against a top-5 opponent, freshman sensation Collin Gaj delivered for the seventh-ranked Virginia Tech Wrestling squad this past weekend.

Gaj took down #5 Koy Buesgens as the Hokies handed the #8 Wolfpack of NC State their first home loss since 2019.

His performance earned Gaj the first ACC Wrestler of the Week accolade of his young career.
