Hokies Return Home To Host East Carolina In Final Non-Conference Matchup

🔼 Tuesday Treat. The Virginia Tech lacrosse squad returns home for a pair of matches this week, including the final non-conference matchup of the year later this afternoon at Thompson Field.
With four of their seven wins this season coming at home, the Hokies will look to defend home turf yet again when the Pirates of East Carolina roll into town.
Game time is set for 1 p.m. Attendance is FREE.
🔼 Just Getting Started. Now that’s how you announce your presence.
Former Hokie TJ Rumfield made his Major League debut over the weekend, picking up not only his first hit on Friday, but also his first big league HR with a 423-foot blast in Saturday’s contest.
🔼 Quick Trip. After battling Stanford all weekend long at home in a classic ACC series, the Virginia Tech baseball team hits the road for a quick trip across the New River to take on Radford in non-conference midweek action.
The Hokies are currently 6-2 against in-state foes this spring.
Game time is set for 6 pm.
🔼 Valentine’s Day. Ok, not what you’re thinking, but it was Valentine Delon’s day at the Clemson Invitational this past weekend.
The junior fired a 3-under in the opening round of the event to spark her to a 12th-place finish amongst a loaded field. Delon’s performance led the Hokies to a top-10 overall finish as a team.
🦃 MAKING MEMORIES
Hokie fans will have the opportunity to take their Spring Game experience to the next level with Maroon and Orange Memories, a collection of can’t-miss moments that place the fan in the center of the action. It’s the perfect time to invest in memory-making opportunities as the Virginia Tech Hokies take the field for the first time in the James Franklin era.
Maroon and Orange Memories are the best way to enhance what is already an electric gameday atmosphere. From behind-the-scenes looks at the Hokies to entertainment beyond the gridiron, fans can make their trip to Blacksburg one for the history books.
