Not only will Hokie fans have a chance to check out the Spring Game on April 18th, but the future of the Tech community will have a chance to join in on the spirit squad fun.

The Hokie Spirit squads will be hosting their Youth Clinic on Hokie Hi Weekend on April 18th with a chance to perform on the field at Lane Stadium before the spring game.

Participants will receive a t-shirt to wear, but we do encourage them to wear their favorite VT Cheerleading outfits if they have them.

🔼 The Friendly Confines. Before heading back out of town this upcoming weekend, the Virginia Tech baseball squad stops back in Blacksburg for a midweek battle with in-state foe Liberty this evening at English Field.

Coming off a 6-3 victory in the series finale in Miami over the weekend, the Hokies look to carry momentum into their showdown with the Flames.

First pitch is set for 6 pm.

🔼 STATEment Week. Thirteen times, the 12th-ranked Virginia Tech softball team has taken the diamond inside the Commonwealth this spring. Twelve times, they’ve walked away the victors.

This week, the Hokies will have the opportunity to add to that tally with four games against in-state foes on the docket.

First up is a battle at Radford tonight before Tech heads to Charlottesville for the annual Smithfield Commonwealth Clash series against Virginia.

🥎 The Remaining 2026 Softball Slate

🔼 Keepin’ It Rolling. The challenges don’t get any easier for the Virginia Tech men’s tennis team.

The Hokies’ streak of facing 11 straight opponents ranked in the top-60 nationally won’t stop this week as Tech battles its highest-ranked foe yet, the University of Virginia, who is currently #4 in the latest ITA rankings.

Coming off a thrilling 4-1 victory over #17 Notre Dame on Sunday, the Hokies will square off with UVA on Thursday afternoon in Blacksburg in the 2026 edition of the Smithfield Commonwealth Clash.

🦃 MAKING MEMORIES

Hokie fans will have the opportunity to take their Spring Game experience to the next level with Maroon and Orange Memories, a collection of can’t-miss moments that place the fan in the center of the action.

🤔 HOKIE TRIVIA

Sunday’s gem in Coral Gables by Griffin Stieg marked the third time in his past four outings that he tossed 6+ innings in a start.
