🔼 On The Cusp. With just 18 holes remaining at the NCAA Regionals in Simpsonville, Ky., the Virginia Tech women’s golf team is on the cusp of breaking through.
The Hokies posted plenty of red numbers on the leaderboard on Tuesday, firing a 6-under as a team and enter the today’s final round at 8-under, one shot ahead of 19th-ranked Ole Miss for the fifth and final spot in NCAA Championships.
Emily Matthews continues to have a strong week, carding a 2-under on Tuesday and sits at seventh overall.
The top five teams (30 total) and the top individual not on an advancing team (six total) from each region will advance to the 2026 NCAA Women's Golf Championship set for May 22-27 at Omni La Costa Resort and Spa in Carlsbad, California.

🔼 Eye On The Prize. Tomorrow, it’s showtime for the Virginia Tech Track & Field program.
The Hokies are set to lace ‘em up at the 2026 ACC Outdoor Track & Field Championships in Louisville, Ky. this week.
Thursday will see most of the field athletes in action, while Friday will mostly consist of prelims action on the track. Saturday will be jam-packed with finals throughout the day.
