🔼 What A Run. The historic season of the Virginia Tech softball team came to a close on Sunday with the program’s sixth regional final under Coach D’Amour and staff.
The Hokies went 2-2 in Baton Rouge, finishing the season with 48 victories, the most ever by a Tech squad under the leadership of Coach D’Amour.

🔼 Medalin’ Up. Hopefully the Virginia Tech track & field program left extra room in their luggage because they’re going to need it for the trip home from the 2026 ACC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
In total, the Hokies tallied 12 podium finishes, highlighted by gold medals from Nick Plant (1500m), Katie Bohlke (5000m), Katrin Brzyszkowska (shot put) and the men’s 4×400m relay.
🔼 See Ya In Charlotte. No better way to head into the ACC Tournament than with four straight ACC series victories under your belts.
That’s what the Virginia Tech Baseball team earned with a dramatic 2-1 walk-off win on Friday against Clemson.
With the series win, the Hokies clinched the No. 7 seed in this week’s ACC Tournament in Charlotte and await the winner of 10th-seeded Notre Dame and 15th-seeded Clemson. Tech’s first game is set for Wednesday evening at 5 p.m. on the ACC Network.
🔼 Lock ‘Em In. Late last week, the Atlantic Coast Conference announced adjustments to portions of the 2026 football schedule, including updates to two Virginia Tech contests.
The Hokies’ road matchup at SMU will now be played on Friday, Nov. 6. The game had previously been designated as a flex selection between Nov. 6 and Nov. 7.
In addition, Virginia Tech’s matchup against Miami has been moved from Friday, Nov. 20 to Saturday, Nov. 21.
Something special is building in Blacksburg, and now is your chance to lock in your place inside Lane Stadium for the start of the James Franklin era.
2026 season tickets with seat locations are officially on sale, giving fans the opportunity to choose their seats and secure the best value for all six home games this fall.
