Throughout the summer, we will be counting down the days
to the return of Virginia Tech Football this fall. The Hokies will host
VMI on September 5 at 7:30 p.m.

Virginia Tech is in the blood of #5️⃣3️⃣ Tommy Ricard.

With his mother, Jen, and uncle, John, both attending Tech in the early 90s, Blacksburg was already engrained in the younger Ricard when he arrived back in 2024.

Now in his redshirt sophomore season, Ricard is looking to establish himself on the Hokies’ offensive line after playing in all 12 games last fall, including earning two starts.

🔼 Helping Hands. While many of us were trying to soak up all the weekend days away that we could this summer, the Virginia Tech women’s hoops program was lending their helping hands to the local community.

The Hokies spent time working with national non-profit, Sleep In Heavenly Peace, which works to build and deliver handmade bunk beds and mattresses to children in need. Their core mission is to ensure that no child has to sleep on the floor or a couch due to challenging circumstances.

Great job ladies!
