🔼 Between The Arches. Earlier this month, Virginia Tech women’s hoops unveiled a brand new series, “Between The Arches.”
Each week, Evan Hughes will introduce a new face joining the program for the upcoming 2026-27 season.
This week, we’re meeting incoming freshman, Arianna Harris-Mott.
🏈 TALKIN’ BALL
Football season will be here before we know it and on Thursday, the Hokies stepped behind the mics and previewed what’s to come this fall at the 2026 ACC Kickoff in Charlotte.
Head Coach James Franklin, along with players Kemari Copeland, Tyson Flowers and Marcellous Hawkins all answered questions and spoke about the excitement surrounding the Hokies heading into the upcoming season.

Throughout the summer, we will be counting down the days
to the return of Virginia Tech Football this fall. The Hokies will host
VMI on September 5 at 7:30 p.m.
Talk about saving your best for last!
Throughout his four years on campus, defensive end Nekos Brown was a menace to opposing offenses. Brown racked up 144 tackles and 14.5 sacks in his career, but his best performance came in his final game as a Hokie.
Brown went off in the 2009 Chick-Fil-A Bowl against Tennessee, racking up two sacks en route to Tech’s 37-14 victory over the Volunteers.
