After making the switch from linebacker to fullback for the Hokies, Ken Edwards rushing for nearly 1,000 yards from 1967-69 and scored 11 touchdowns on the ground, and became the first Virginia Tech rusher to run for 100 yards in a bowl game in the 1968 Liberty Bowl against Ole Miss.

🔼 Academically Awesome. Virginia Tech student-athletes got it done on the court, field and the classroom this past year.

Over the weekend, the Hokies landed 350 student-athletes on the 2025-26 ACC Academic Honor Roll!

🔼 Ridin’ High. Former Virginia Tech QB Tyrod Taylor continues to check items off his football bucket list, this time at Green Bay Packers Training Camp!

🔼 New ‘Round Here. Say hello to the new kids on the block for Virginia Tech women’s soccer!

Virginia Tech swimmer Brendan Whitfield raced to a 21.78-second finish in the 50m Freestyle at the USA Toyota National Championships over the weekend.
