Dalton Keene played tight end for Virginia Tech from 2017-19, catching 59 passes for 748 yards and eight touchdowns, including five in the 2019 season. Keene was selected in the third round of the 2020 NFL Draft by the New England Patriots.
🔼 In Primetime. Virginia Tech football fans, tune into the ACC Network today for a glimpse at the Hokies during fall camp!
The ACC Network will make its way to Blacksburg today for its annual ACC Football Road Trip, and will broadcast a one-hour primetime show with ACCN analysts Jason Spells and Roddy Jones to preview the Hokies’ 2026 campaign.

🔼 Ballin’ On The Beach. Virginia Tech men’s basketball will head to Charleston, S.C., this season, with ESPN Events announcing on Thursday that the Hokies will be one of six teams participating in the 2026 Shriners Children’s Charleston Classic on Nov. 20 and 22.
Matchups for the event have not yet been announced.

🔼 Fan Day Incoming. The 2026 Virginia Tech football season is almost here, which means Fan Day is close!
Virginia Tech will host its annual Fan Day on Sunday, August 16 from 4-5 p.m. ET, offering Hokie fans a special opportunity to meet the Hokies' student-athletes as excitement continues to build for a new era of football in Blacksburg.
