🔼 They’re Back. The College Sports Communicators, Associated Press and Fiesta Bowl named Nick Gallo and Ali Jennings to the Comeback Player of the Year watch list. Gallo injured himself in the 2023 preseason, missing the entire season. Jennings played two games in 2023 after suffering a season-ending injury in the first half against Purdue in the second week of the season.

Kyron Drones has been named to the Davey O’Brien Award watch list. The award recognizes the nation’s best college quarterback and is the oldest and most prestigious national quarterback award. Drones threw for 2,085 yards and 17 touchdowns last season with only three interceptions. He rushed for 818 yards and five scores.
