🔼 Finalist. USA Softball named Cori McMillan a Collegiate Player of the Year Top 25 Finalist. She is the nation’s home run leader. She leads the team with 63 hits, 25 home runs, 54 RBIs, a 1.035 slugging percentage and a .551 on-base percentage.

🔼 Healthy Brain. The Virginia Tech Athletics’ Sports Psychology department, in partnership with the Virginia Tech Hokie Club, is excited to relaunch its annual Mental Health Awareness Month fundraising initiative. The campaign has begun and will run through the entire month of May.

Welcome! The men’s basketball team adds Jailen Bedford to its 2025-26 roster. Bedford is a transfer from UNLV. He is a 6’4” guard who has one season of eligibility remaining. At UNLV last season, he ranked third on the team in scoring and rebounding.
