Getting Closer. The football season is eight weeks away! Bill Roth took a deep dive into the roster and coaching for Virginia Tech this season. Roth hopes quarterback Kyron Drones will thrive under the new offensive coordinator, Phillip Montgomery. Roth says this is a hard year to project how ACC teams will do this season with so much roster turnover.
