🔼 Run Rule Win. The baseball team beat Norfolk State 13-0. Chase Swift fanned seven of the eight batters he faced in relief. In the seven-inning game, the men had nine hits and 10 RBIs. David McCann hit a solo homer and David Lewis hit a two-run home run.

🟠 ONE BIG THING

Combine Stats. Two Hokies made their mark at the 2025 NFL Combine. In one of the most popular drills at the scouting combine, running back Bhayshul Tuten and wide receiver Jaylin Lane turned heads with a blazing 40-yard dash time. Tuten set the tone, posting the fastest time by all running backs with 4.32 seconds. Lane followed close behind with the fourth-fastest time for wide receivers, posting an impressive 4.34 seconds. The duo’s athleticism was on full display as they posted at least 40” vertical jumps to rank in the top three of their respective positions.
