🔼 Top Tier. The women’s golf team finished third at the Cougar Classic out of a 17-team field. The Hokies scored 859 (+7), with their best round being the second with a score of 283 (-1). Ginnie Lee led the women, scoring a 211 (-2) to tie for eighth place individually. Her performance was her career-best.

What’s Next? The football team faces Old Dominion on the road this weekend. Last season, the Hokies handed the Monarchs their third loss in the series history with a 36-17 victory. Head coach Brent Pry will look to get another victory against ODU and his first road win against the program after the first matchup in 2022 during his inaugural season.
